    For every sale made on this site, a fee of 20% of the total sales price will be charged as commission for the usage of our service. Additionally, $0.30 + 2.9% of the original sales price will be charged by Stripe, our payment service provider for every transaction that occurs through our service. This fee may vary based on Stripe's terms of service, which are independent from Sharespot LLC’s Terms of Service contained herein. We are not responsible for additional fees that are incurred as a result of a change in Stripe's Terms of Service and fees charged.

    Uploading Files

    Sharespot is a marketplace for files that are the intellectual property of its merchants. Sharespot does not support the sale of files that:
    • Violate State, Federal, or International laws and/or regulations.
    • Contains any material that the uploader does not have the full distributor rights for
    • Infringe on any copyrights

    Users of our site are solely and entirely responsible for the files that they upload, as well as any consequences that follow from the upload and/or distribution of these files. By uploading a file, users agree to completely indemnify Sharespot LLC from any legal consequences that arise from the upload and/or distribution of these files.     Marketplace Sub Merchants

    Payment processing services for merchants on Sharespot are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a merchant on Sharespot, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Sharespot enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Sharespot accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Sharespot to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

    Notification of Changes

    The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.     Returns and Refunds Policy

    Digital products

    In order to for us to complete a refund, we need to process your refund request. We consider refund requests for digital products within 3 days of the original purchase of the product. All refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please provide us at least 48 hours to process each request.

    Refund requests for digital products will be processed only under the following conditions:

    • Download issues (if you experience technical problems while downloading the product)
    • Major defects. If the product you have downloaded does not match the product description provided by the merchant, it may qualify for a refund request.
